We have just received notification of literacy funding from DEST and are asking for ideas and inspirations. There are three types of project:
- Developing and trialling something new: develpment and trial of a product or service that is completely new for a client group.
- Developing a collaborative process: setting up of a collaborating group of agencies or individuals to improve literacy.
- Customising a product or process: customising a product or process to meet the needs of a particular client group.
I would think that we would be more interested in getting input on types 3 (viz adapting exisitng materials for adult ESL learners) and 1 (viz. creating a completely new package for ESL learners).
